Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
